    About

I wanted something unique for my daughter at her Christening. I decided to knit a gown from a vintage pattern I found on Etsy (it was from seller "ickythecat" and is still available as a PDF download). The gauge called for was 32 stitches in 4". I finally found the Forest Hills yarn. It worked up beautifully! I bought 2 balls and still have around half a ball left. The dress is soft and definitely the heirloom quality I was going for.

Took my breath away ... the yarn couldn't be more perfect for this. Something to be proud of.
