    About

This pattern comes in all sizes from Adult S, M or large to Baby size. :) The first photo is of my little 'Sis wearing the socks. I hope they are snug. I really hope she is enjoying a good pair of toasty tootsies! hehe. This was my first sock knit, it's good to use Aran yarn for first-time sock knitting, as it knits up so quickly. I really enjoyed making- not so much giving away teehee. I made an error while making these on one part and they were lop-sided, but it was easily fixable.
This pattern is great for first-time sock knitters..it's VERY descriptive. Hope you try it too if your reading! <3

Other : I used a yarn needle to close the toe with Kitchener stitch, which was illustrated in a very easy to understand, with lots of step-by-step diagrams and description.
There is also Youtube vids on how to do this. Just don't ask how I know that.. XD

Hi Gemma, the The pattern asks for 3.75mm needle, but the West Yorkshire spinners BL Aran says 5mm. Did you use 3.75mm? Would it be really tight? I'm interested but want to make sure what size needle to use. Thanks.
