    About

    I fell in love with this designer's hats (Anastasia Popova) last Christmas and couldn't help but treat myself to one last winter accessory before the chilly weather left Toronto for good. I'm struggling, however, because I bought the wrong yarn (non-sport version) and incorrectly adapted with a tighter tension. I was so deep in the zone, I also neglected to try it on and check my gauge, sigh.

      Oh but it looks divine! I too, think the beautifully structured pattern for the hat is great. I must say have found hats knitted that do not fit or suit, can make lovely baskets for things. : )

        Thank you, Heidi! I will probably frog and make again for this winter. The design is solid. Otherwise, I love your idea about using Ill-fitting hats as baskets😊. Very creative.
