I'm always trying to challenge myself to learn more techniques and skills. I thought this pattern was beautiful and that it would teach me how to knit mitered corners and perseverance...and it did.

  Your blanket is lovely. I want to make something similar. Can you tell us what your dimensions were when you finished? Did it actually go all the way across your king size bed?
