A friend inspired me to take my knitting from small projects and toys to attempting a sweater. I discovered Isabel Kraemer designs, and I'm hooked! I have always knitted mostly for gifts, but now I love wearing my own hand knit items and sweaters way more than I anticipated.
Knitting is my "me" time, it's my therapy. I knit to share love. Isn't a knitted gift, like a lasting hug? they have so much love built in :)
Knitting is beautiful, and warms the heart. I just moved to Denmark and knitting is definitely "hygge". I love that is is rooted in the past, but can be updated with modern details, grand or small, and fresh color combos.
Last but not least, I love the knitting community! It takes my hobby and passion to another level to be able to share ideas and joy with others :)
