Beautiful knitted-in pattern using leftover yarn in design. Recently moved to Pacific Northwest from Midwest and poncho wear is the perfect weight for the weather here. Moving cross country after lifetime in Midwest was difficult at times. Knitting made the difference in my transition, I've made friends through a knitting group, found wonderful knitting shops in area with friends, and filled the hours by myself while finding my way.
