    About

Isabella was inspired as an experiment using a ripple to see if I could come up with a design that used the triangle motif and colour.
Isabella is so named because I like the name, it is evocative of elegance and sophistication.
My Isabella scarf is not a scarf to keep your neck warm, it is designed to be worn as an elegant accessory.

    Yarn
200 gms of 2 ply lace weight yarn
    (800 metres per 100 gms/3.5 oz)
Isabella is a perfect design for left over scrap yarns in your stash, you can use any 2 ply lace yarn as long as it is 800 metres per 100 gms.
If you prefer to buy yarn I recommend Fyberspates - Scrumptious Lace or Gleem Lace.

    Isabella measures approx. 10 x 70 inches

Isabella was first published in Inside Crochet in April 2013.

Isabella is one of the patterns featured in my “Madder Triangles” book,
