    About

    I love Boo Knits - the shawls are lacy confections, dripping with beads and old world elegance. A mystery knit along sounded so much fun. It was! Every 5 days she would release 25 rows in both written and charted. I had a blast.

    Although this knit uses many techniques like M1L, M1R, (and the purl versions) plus CCD and beading it is explained so well that you should not hesitate to give it a whirl. She writes the best patterns.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 4.00mm (US 6)
    • Circular 3.75mm (US 5)
    • Crochet Hook 1.00mm
    Other : Beads - I used about 950 silver-lined glass beads size 6.0

    Measurements

    Notes: This is a very long shawl, about 72 inches or more long by about 24 deep after aggressive blocking.
