I chose this pattern because it was beautiful and practical. The cables aren't too complicated and I needed some warmer layers, even though our winters are mild here in Washington state. I started them in October, but had to put them down to make a trip out of state. When I returned, it was time to get serious about making those seasonal gifts. Then, just as I was about to get back to this project, I was hit with a charity crocheting bug. That's not a bad thing, but it wasn't getting my leggings done for me, and I could really use their incredibly soft warmth right now. Let's hope I can get them finished soon. :) wish me luck!
Jan. 31st, I've made some progress. The biggest challenge has been remembering to count rows, so I stopped knitting and made a couple of row counters. That has really sped things up. :)
Feb. 18th, finished my first leg. Feb. 28, almost done, I have just over 60 rows to go!
