    This is the 4th one of these I have made. Wearers always get complements. The lace work pattern is quite eye catching.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 3.50mm (US 4)
    • Crochet Hook 3.75mm (US 5)
    Other : I used a size 4 crochet hook on the whole project EXCEPT the square with the star-flower shape I used a size 5 crochet hook. It was needed so the two different patterned squares were the same size.

    Measurements

    Notes: For the cream colored one, for a tall person I added an extra row of lace squares. For the orange one, for a shorter and wider person, I added a column of lace squares and omitted the double crochet lace rectangle from the top of the sleeve.

      To Barbara B, I would recommend you make the adult pattern first, then you will understand the changes i made to the kids pattern based on the adult pattern.
