    About

    Ken and his wife were visiting from Australia,so I wanted to give each of them something special from Canada. I thought I would knit Thelma this lacy scarf. The yarn was not enough.I started with the Bernat silk skein I had bought at the tent sale but the one skein was not enough. I searched all over Mississauga and Oakville to find another skein but nobody had either the brand or the colour, so I had to order it online. Time was running out as the guests are coming over on Wednesday and the yarn had not arrived but Friday so I rushed over to Michaels and bought the yarn in the original yarn of the pattern and hope to finish it by the weekend. This one will now be a gift for Thelma's cousin , Jen
