    About

Wanted something a bit funky and not regimented to a pattern.
I put my thinking cap on and came up with mis-matched cables and cute buttons and bobs.

    Pattern

Yarn Stories Galena by Emma Vining

    This pattern is from:
    yarnstories.com

I have done a variation of the original pattern which is listed by Emma Vining. I never dreamed it would get such good reports. I thought it up as I went along but no pattern of the changes. No rows were counted for the front cables, just went on how it looked. My friend wanted it to be 'off the grid' i.e. not adhering to a set pattern. Next time, I shall make notes. So sorry I can't be more helpful Rachel.

Gosh, thank you so much for your lovely comment. I basically used just the sizing and shaping from the original pattern as a guideline then fiddled as I went along. Maybe next time I will make notes as I go along.
