Ladies icelandic sweater

    About

    I looked at various Icelandic designs for this sweater and decided to use one pattern I had done before for this sweater and use a part of an Icelandic pattern chart downloaded from the internet to incorporate in the yoke. I used the first two parts of the chart shown and then the last two parts of the design in the pattern. I also knitted the body and sleeves in stocking stitch instead of the checks pattern.

        My cousin in Australia liked it so much I've got to knit her one now. Ready for winter down under, it does get cold enough if you are a local to wear a sweater!!!
