    This is my first attempt at socks, a lovely lady joined our knitting and crochet group recently who’s been knitting socks for years. She is so helpful that I felt fired up to have a go. I am now addicted, second pair complete. No more shop bought socks for me.
    Previous attempts of knitting on more than two needles have ended in disaster but with her help I have one complete and the second half done. I am really excited about this project.
    Because the leg is 2x2 rib, they look a bit strange before trying on but there’s plenty of give and the complete one is very comfortable. Now they are finished, not perfect so I’m going to start a second pair.

    • Double Point 2.50mm (US 1.5) 20cm

    Measurements

    Ladies Medium

    Notes: I changed the needles from 2.75 to 2.50 because I have quite small feet and the first sock was too big.
