had spun up 2 4oz braids of fiber optic gradient, I think it was a silk/merino mix (20/80) (could also be just merino), which I had originally knit into a vest, which I didn’t like and frogged….it is looking good for this project though….one of my 1st spinning attempts, so I didn’t really make any pics or notes…it ranges from lace to worsted, mostly dk to worsted…using a I hook.Nice and easy pattern, really enjoyed knitting it, still have to block and take pics.
soooo happy after blocking…didn’t measure the wingspan but the center length is a whopping 2 ft, really nice to wrap up in
