Hi, I have just started to knit this jumper. First time knitting on the round....I am worried that my number of stitches for total yoke are correct but when you break it down to sleeve (in between markers) etc that they dont add up. Are you able to shed a light please. Thanks Helen

Afternoon, I’ve downloaded this Levant pattern a year ago, and I’ve only just got round to starting it. I’ve been knitting for years but have never knitted in the round before. I’ve just started this pattern and am terrified, as I’m only on row 4 of the yolk and I’m stuck. Bearing in mind the global pandemic atm, and in the scheme of things this is not quite a catastrophe, I’m unable to get help anywhere, due to the lockdown here in the UK.
Please could anyone give me a bit of guidance? Please....

@SoozySue: thx for yr msg, yes I have now sorted out what was extremely annoying. In hindsight I should have started with something a wee bit smaller than a jumper but I’m now enjoying knitting this, although going slowly. Hopefully my daughter will be wearing it in the autumn. Thx again for yr reply 😁

I love the Llevant Pullover - it looks really lovely well done! Was it easy to make? I'm thinking of downloading it. Thanks, Andrea

@Ruth S: evening Ruth, hope you can help. I’ve started this Llevant sweater and have got to the part where you place the last 4 stitches on a DPN prior to ‘join to knit in the round’. Can you let me know if that 1st knit row should be started on the circular needle?
