This is so delicate and ideal for evening wear or a special occasion. The barely-there silk-mohair is so fine it takes a little time to get used to knitting with it, however once I got going I found it so gorgeous and surprisingly warm to touch. Keep the balls away from kitties, as my naughty cat Purdey was on it within a blink of an eye and it took me ages to de-tangle! Just started this project and have decided to do so with sleeves first! Looking forward to my first attempt at cable work later on in the main body.

I know it will hurt, but the only way out is to unravel it, stash that yarn for a pair of socks or a hat or something - cat nest??? - and begin again. There are a fair few Plume clones, I'm sure you know them.
The silver lining I've found on doing this is that my little guilty bodges aren't needed when it's the second time around, or not so much anyway. You'll get a better finished result.
