        Hi Lauren C. Thank you for the compliment. The wool I used was Woolcraft: luxury soft chunky with Alpaca.

        @Denise C: hi again sorry for all the questions. So that wool is thicker that the recommended- did you still use 4mm needles? I'm still to novice to be able to wing patterns and not fail miserably. Thanks for your help!

        @Lauren C: as with any knitting project I do a tension square then choose my needle according. I would suggest you do that to achieve the correct size.
