    About

Having just moved from Australia to the UK in September with my partner, I found that I had a lot more time for knitting. While I had to re-learn a lot of the skills as it had been years since having needles in my hands, I found it really therapeutic. It also opened up the opportunity to meet other like-minded women who have now become wonderful friends. I always found working with small needles a little more natural so I went for a fine and textural look. This scarf did test my patience in that it consisted of 600 rows of moss stitch! I'm so pleased that I persisted and now have something that I wear all the time.
