4 weeks ago I decided I needed a hobby that would stop me reaching for my work laptop and working till the early hours. After chatting with a friend she suggested I take up knitting as she finds it very relaxing. At first I laughed as I tried to learn when I was 6 or 7 and really couldn't get to grips with it, struggling to learn as a left handed person being show by my right handed gran. This time though I was determined to do it and after watching tutorial videos online and starting with a very simple scarf I soon got the hang of it and I am most definitely hooked.
