My First Knit Jumper!

    I wanted to surprise him with something specially handknit. Another oopsie... I decided to knit it in the XS size after seeing the chest sizing on the pattern, and dedicated 20hrs of solid knitting before coming to the horrifying realisation that I may have chosen a size or two too small (it’s my first garment project!). I decided to go with it and hope for the best. Just waiting on a bottle of Soak wash to come in the mail to hopefully do a neat bit of blocking (also for the first time) without damaging all of this hard labour!

    Let’s hope he can at least squeeze into it once for a photo!

    Notes: The pattern suggests 11 balls of the main colour however I needed an extra - I suppose my tension might have been too tight?

      Great job! Looks great! Hope it fits after all. My husband would like a jumper also but the thought of the time to one project due to the size has scared me each time.
