    About

The neck warmer pattern originated from a old knitting book (Knit2Together by Tracey Ullman / Mel Clark) and has been adapted for a different yarn and gauge, plus the addition of iCord and flowers.
The neck warmer is knitted in the round on a circular needle, the icord is knitted on double pointed needles.

    Measurements

Notes: full round = 54cm and 20cm top to bottom
The neck warmer is worked in multiples of 'feather and fan' pattern (12 stitch multiples) I used 7 x 12 stitches = 84 stitches in the round.
This neck warmer is knitted in chunky yarn so knits up very quickly.
I added approximately 150cm length of icord (3 stitches) and bound the ends into flowers, securing each flower with a button centre.
The icord is threaded through the neck warmer before the flowers are constructed. Then tied into a bow to finish.
The icord allows the neck warmer to be gather for a reduced height as required.
