    I only made this last year, but the pattern was so skinny it only just fits him (and he's a string bean!), so I was visiting recently and got him to choose a colour. He said he wanted orange, but his mum vetoed it and chose this kingfisher colour instead.

    Notes: Although he is only 7, he is very tall and skinny, and - mindful of the last one - I decided to size right up. I will keep an eye on it and maybe make adjustments as I go along

      I think this is my last piece of knitting - I have a very painful shoulder that is making it too hard to knit. I think it's knitting that has caused it. I'm gutted as I love it so much 😥
