I love these colours. I have made one pair of socks and these make me want to knit more.

Hi? Have you ever made a pair of socks using Debbie Bliss Rialto Luxury Sock yarn. It comes in 100gr balls, it’s a mixed coloured yarn starts dark and I think gets lighter. How do you make a pair of socks using just the one ball???

@Sandra R: Hi Sandra. No I haven't used Debbie Bliss yarn. Can't remember which yarn I used but certainly finished the socks. I have in my stash a 100g ball of West Yorkshire spinners signature 4 ply. Do you think this will make the pair? I like your use of different colour for toes. I have been looking at John Arbon textiles. They have a range of mini skeins (25g) in lots of lovely colours which may contrast and work well for toes and sock tops.

@Lynn K: Hi Lyn, you will definitely get a pair of socks from the West Yorkshire Spinners Signature yarn there is about 400m in their 100gm, where as the 4ply WI yarn I’m using 100gm is only 270m.
