    Thought it would be a good idea to knit a pair of socks , found some 4 ply and a pattern and off I went. I got part way into the foot before I realised that not only was I knitting it on wrong sized needles but it was going to be rather too big for me. So I put it on my husbands foot and it was a rather nice fit. He is now the proud owner of a pink, grey and charcoal sock and has asked for a second one to match
