    Loved this pattern and wanted to knit it for some time. Bought the yarn in the January sale and just got around to making it. Love it! Strangely, there was no suggested yarn in the pattern instructions so tried to buy something that looked similar and found the Drops Baby Alpaca and Silk. The yarn was wonderful to work with and feels so soft and comfortable. Lovely weight to it too.

    Measurements

    Notes: 170cm x 43cm. I knitted to the pattern but there are instructions for making alternative sizes. The pattern is very easy to follow and the instructions for the way the shawl is constructed are very clear and explanatory. There are several changes of needle size throughout and these are helpfully marked in bold. The lace pattern has written as well as charted instructions.
