    About

I was inspired by a pair of peacock feathers my mother has in her dining room to create a shawl with the same vibrant colors. I decided to focus on the vibrant green, add stripes of the other colors at the center of the shawl and embellish the ends with layered crochet scallops.

My mom loved the shawl so Im going to give it to her for her birthday next month.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 4.00mm (US 6) 30cm
    • Crochet Hook 4.00mm (US 6)
    • Single Point 5.00mm (US 8) 30cm

    Measurements

Notes: I wanted this shawl to be a luxurious weight and size so I decided to give it a width of 24 inches and a length of just over 6 feet with the trim.

I cast on 120 stitches to achieve this
