    About

In November my closest and dearest friend of 40 years had a massive brain haemorrhage and passed away. We saw each other almost every Thursday for decades. I wanted to do some something to honour her memory as she was so special so I've decided to set aside time away from my knitty design business on a Thursday to knit for charity. Heather had knitted for charity for a long time so I'm sure she'd approve.
I've downsized my Noah baby cardi to fit a 3lbs, 4lbs and 5lbs prem baby. The Top Knot beanie is a scaled down version of my pattern too. Who says a prem baby can't be trendy?

Gorgeous little set, and what a fitting tribute to your friend, I’m sure she would have appreciated it. As will the charity you have knitted it for. It’s so sad to loose a friend but I think you will always carry her memories with you. x 💕

Thankyou Alison. I'm slowly getting used to life without her but memories are always there. I just wanted to have something tangible to remember her by that would bless others too. xx
