    About

Due to my disability, I can only manage knitting small items and my local baby unit is looking for hand knitted sets for the unit. I will probably continue knitting for this project and also for a local charity shop I have "adopted".

Your knitting is absolutely beautiful and when the parents see your beautiful sets to put on their wee precious babies they would be so thankful.I have also knitted prem hats and would you believe my nieces baby ended up wearing them when she was in hospital.

Wow. Really Vix. Are you sure about the kind offer? Because I wouldn't say no to it. I don't have a craft shop near to my home. Being a disabled person, I can't go too far from home. I would willingly pay the postage. My email address is terrie1956@hotmail.com. OMG, y out are an angel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I brought many patterns through this site. They have a lovely selection from Premature sizes up to 6 months old. I hope this has helped. Oh!!@ they also do free downloads too.I also use Dollar patterns for the really tiny ones like you are working on now. Good luck and I hope the babies grow up to be strong and healthy children.

I use different patterns. King Cole. Patrons. BHKC. I put in a search for Premature babies patterns and if I like them. I buy them. Good luck

How fantastic! As an ex midwife I know how Mums love to be able to dress their babies in real clothes. You will make parents very happy with your gift.

I have put them in bags to keep them clean until I am ready to take them to the baby unit.

@Teresa: when I have finished some more items, I'll take pictures of all my work. I'll take them out of the bags as I want to repack them neatly. Thank you for you lovely comments. They give me the inspiration to do more. 😀 😃
