After making a New Year’s Resolution to take up knitting again after a break of over 15 years, I was looking for inspiration. I saw this pattern and immediately wanted to start knitting! It took me a week, knitting during the evening while watching TV and I’ve really enjoyed it, adding each colour made me feel like I was making progress really quickly. I’ve received so many compliments on this scarf, and a friend even asked me if I’d make one for her in repeating stripesof black and several shades of grey. It’s a lovely long scarf (I shall adapt to a shorter length for a child) and I love the ‘twiddly bits’ on the ends.
