I always like to kick ot the knitting season with a hat. This one uses one skein for the background and just scraps of all the colours ( I also used a green/blue in addition to those listed - pattern page suggests a sub, but you don't have to use these colours anyway!). Great for a first colourwork project it is knit in the round and only every uses two colours at once and the patterm contains extra links to information on creating the best colourwork. Lots of reasons to be cheerful!
