Ruffled Baby Sweater with Button

I made this for a friend's baby. Lana Grossa's DK weight Cool Wool print yarn gave this pattern nice definition!

    This pattern is extremely well-written! The directions are very easy to follow. Last spring, I made a hat as a baby shower gift for a first-time mom out of a variegated baby alpaca lace yarn in the same colors as this sweater. They live in Minnesota USA, where the winters are very cold, so I thought I'd make her a sweater to match the hat.
