This is my own pattern. I wanted a baby sweater that could be worn indoors and would layer nicely under a jacket. My son, who is now in his forties, wore rugby shirts as a child, but I couldn't find a pattern. So I made this up. It is knit top down starting with the collar in one piece and is seamless. I made the underneath button placket in white which you sometimes see on rugby shirts. The cuffs are long enough to roll up. The bottom ribbing has side slits. Cascade 150 is labeled as sock yarn, but I think it makes wonderful baby sweaters - it's soft and machine washable. Skills required are magic loop, short rows and Russian join. I haven't published the pattern yet, because I need to work it up in more sizes.
