    About

    I decided to make this pattern in natural fabrics rather than acrylics - and opted for soft alpaca (though as a hand wash I’m not sure how clever that was for a baby).
    I swapped the cabled border for a moss stitch as I find this sits flatter - and looked a bit more like the field margins
    For me the rows of sheep felt too widely spaced so I knitted 16 rows between rather than 19. It did mean that the Blanket ended up rather more square than rectangular - but I didn’t mind that. Oh and I added a black sheep for fun.
