    About

I have most of a ball of an old noro sock yarn that is too pretty to waste. The colours go well with the leftover yarn from my Lily Pond CAL blanket.
    Wish me luck

I have just completed the first lace insert and keen to get going on the next. I doubled up the Noro Silk sock yarn. This made it easier to work and maximised the colours. I just hope I have enough of the wools....
Got the pair of lace inserts in now. Looks funky!
9 days in and I am on to the final stage. The lace 😥. I ran out of olive and had to put in the mint. The Noro silk is really colourful. Surprising. Still not sure if it all a good idea.
    Comments welcome.
I got to the end of the pattern and have lots of the silk left - so I am keeping going as I want all the pretty colours. Also the red looks out of place. I need red at the bottom to merge it together.
