      Hi Jan, just wondered what stitch you use, it looks more effective than plain stocking stitch? thanks

        Hi Trish, yes It's still a plain stitch but instead of knitting into the front of the stitch right needle - left to right - knit into the back of the stitch right to left hope I've explained it well, and it does look so much nicer I think especially on baby clothes gives the plain stitch a twist
