    About

I don’t do a lot of knitting for me so I chose some gorgeous merino wool for these lovely boot slippers. They’re so warm and the sole of the boot is cleverly double knitted so they’re very comfy underfoot.
I did make a size bigger than I thought I was measuring and was glad I did for the fit. Also bought some sock stopper to put underneath once they were finished to stop them being too slippy. Looking forward to summer when I can still wear them but roll down the ankle section and re-button. Higher intermediate to advanced I reckon with the German short rows and provisional cast ons but the pattern writer includes video links which made all that very simple.
