    With Rachel's birthday coming up, I asked her to pick a favourite ball of wool so I could make her a new pair of socks. I was secretly disappointed when she chose this one, as I had imagined keeping it for myself. The colours are gorgeous and Opal is lovely to knit with (as well as very easy to wash). I'm sure that these will keep Rachel's toes cosy for many years to come!
