    About

    This short sleeved cardigan was a really quick knit! The yarn, Phildar Détente, has 3% elastane which makes it a little bit stretchy. I used a strand each of the Dune and Oeillet shades and the effect is really lovely. The yarn is 4-ply weight but using two strands gives more of an aran weight result. It has a slight shiny sheen to it and I would highly recommend it. It is so loved by Sophie and her mum that an order has been put in for another in the next size!

    Accessories

    Other : The pattern allows for 3 buttons but Sophie's mum requested button-through, so I made 5 buttonholes down the front button band and this worked really well. I had some wooden cat buttons and they look cute on this cardi.

    Notes: This size fitted perfectly and the short sleeves are perfect for the summer
