Super Cozy Cabled Beanie

I made this for my niece. (80% Bamboo yarn makes this cap live up to its name! It's super cosy.)

    About

    I knit "Cabled Watch Cap" from this pattern in October 2016. It was one of the first projects I posted on Love Knitting. My niece wore that first hat constantly until someone swiped it. This pattern is well-written -- a great project for first-time cable knitters, and a fun repeat for me. I used "magic loop" on a long circular needle, rather than knitting on multiple double-point needles.

    Other : This pattern calls for double-point needles. Instead, I used "magic loop" on a long (74cm / 29") circular needle.

    Measurements

    Small Adult

    Notes: This is a one-size-fits-all pattern -- Adult. Since I'd knit this hat for the same recipient once before, I knew I needed to make it slightly smaller for her. So I used size 5 needles, instead of size 6 (which is what the pattern calls for).
