    I made my Aunt a sweater a year and a half ago, but she never wore it because she found that the ribbing was not snug enough around her hips. So, I ripped back the old sweater and re-used it to make her a new sweater that fit her better. Hope she likes it this time! Haha!

      For some reason I find it comforting to know that other people redo their projects also. I usually keep going way too long after I realize that it just isn't working, then need to rip out way more. Thanks for sharing your successful redo. I echo the previous comment - gorgeous sweater and fab color.

        Hi Christine,
        It hurt me a little bit to rip back the old sweater, but it was most satisfying to turn the wool into a beautiful new sweater that fit my mom properly. Kim.

        Hi Elaine,
        Haha! No knitting machine here! Everything I make is done with my own two hands. It actually took me a little over a month to complete the sweater. I started it on June 12th and finished it in July 10th.
