I have made many tea cosies as I like this pattern.
You can find the pattern on Ravelry (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/shamrock-tea-cosy), or directly from castoncastoff (https://blog.castoncastoff.co.uk/time-for-tea/)
Hi Jean. Yes I did use a rainbow yarn. I had some wool left over from a cushion cover pattern which I had knitted for a friend so I used it up for a matching tea cosy for her. The yarn was Sirdar Aura. Happy knitting!
Hi Christine. Can you check to see if the email has gone into your Spam or Trash file please? I sent it to you on the 10th Feb. I’ve resent it again today but your spam filter may be stopping it getting to your inbox as it’s coming from a UK account. If it still isn’t getting through then I’ll have to put it in the post. Philippa
Hi Christine. Just wanted to let you know that your lovely present arrived safely yesterday. Thank you so much - it’s beautiful. Good luck with your tea cosies and pom-poms! Philippa x
Hi Christine. It’s only an online pattern but can you give me an email address and I’ll try and send it to you that way? As I last resort I can print it out and post it to you if you give me your address. Philippa
Hi Christine. The link to the pattern can be found here https://blog.castoncastoff.co.uk/time-for-tea/. It’s also available via Ravelry https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/shamrock-tea-cosy. Hope it’s works well for - it’s one of my favourites! Philippa
Hi Aude. I like to use wool of a variegated colour, as it's fun to see how the colours will came out. I have used the pattern many times and its never let me down! Happy knitting!
