    About

He is getting a lot of use of this cardigan. The rib is a lovely design and the collar is cosy. I used a odd bit of yellow wool for the edging. Easy to knit if you can manage circular needles.

    Measurements

    1-2 yrs

Notes: the pattern recommended 7 balls for this size but I used less (?)

Thanks, Alison. Those are the original colours of the pattern, and as such I think they could do a boy or a girl.

And a great idea to knit it in the round and then from the neck downwards.

Hi Vera, can I ask you about another pattern? Jacket/Vest with shawl collar in pink on photo. I have tried to contact you through the loveknitting shop but no luck.
Did you press the pieces before sewing together? Or just the edges? Mine are curling in. Thanks. June

@June C: Hi June, I always sew pieces together and then block. You could try pressing very lightly first, depending on the yarn you use and then sew together. Let me know how you go.
