    About

I really enjoyed making the virus shawl and wanted to give the virus blanket a go. The online tutorial used the same yarn and on the first attempt I was not happy with how it was turning out so put it away for another time and then revisited and restarted and it seemed to go better. This is one of three virus blankets I started at the same time and this is the first past the post but they have been pick up projects in between other projects.

@Vix: Will you get the move sorted by Christmas. Bet you find you have packed things you find you need. The virus blankets have definitely been a ray of calmness in my life after the cosmic. We should be proud of our achievements though x

@Sarah T: We surely should and we are! I brought a hobbies bag and patterns another virus shawl in pinks for my oldest son's gf. Bootee patterns and yarn, rainbow ripple will make a small unicorn hat also. Hopefully move in early December. Waiting for last search. It is in North Walsham Norfolk

@Sarah T: I think so don't want to leave my boys but they are 51 and 42 😆. It is a nice little town and only 4 miles from sea. We couldn't afford anything else in Marlborough. It is very old house and not a house to grow old in.

@Vix: I am sure it will be all good and a new adventure! 4 miles from the sea would suit me down to the ground and after all Norfolk is not the other side of the world. I hope it all goes well for you keep us posted x
