    another irresistible pattern - Had a bit of a disaster with my tension changing after I'd done the test swatch so the jacket is narrower than it should be and I wasn't happy with how the sheep on the jacket turned out (it was difficult to keep the stitches spread out on the first few rows of the yoke, so they look a bit squashed & misshapen), but the hat was better - and so cute that I made 2 more hats in larger sizes as Christmas presents for my great-niece & great nephew (didn't have time to photograph those before wrapping & posting).

    Notes: I developed a back problem just as I was starting to make this and was in pain whenever I sat down, which had a surprisingly large effect on my tension and the jacket turned out much narrower than it should have done (moral: check your tension occasionally while working, not just before starting a project).
