I made this top as a challenge to see if I could adapt an existing design that only used 1 colour of yarn into one that used two colours and it looked intentionally , not me using up leftovers from other garments. It was very exciting seeing how my ideas started to develop as the knitting began to grow and I couldn't wait to sit down at the end of the day and watch the telly and continue working on my top. Apart from the sense of achievement in making a top that fits me really well, it was good for my waistline as I found that the speed of my knitting elevated my heart rate to a fat burning level according to my fitbit! So knitting helps you lose weight as well.
