I found fabolous wool (350g of 4 ply wool) at a market in Milan and wanted to experiment with colourways for the first time. I used a pattern I already used previously, but this time with very fine yarn and a smaller hook. I'm excited to see how it all works out, the pattern structures the fast colour switches nicely.
I did some yarn detective work and it looks like it was an unlabeled factory sale of "Lana Grossa Meilenweit Americano 801" or "1801". The tagged yarn "Lana Grossa Meilenweit 100 Magico II" should lead to a very similar (or even nicer ;) ) shawl. It's my favorite brand, both yarns have the same yarn weight and very similar colour effects.
