    About

    This is my first Fair Isle project. I had to rip out the ribbed band because it was too small even though my head is smaller than average. If I were to knit this again I would leave out a flower pattern as It's a bit tall! I would also try other colour combinations. Many people have just stared at this hat when I have it on. My mom want one of her own since she's seen it done. Fine Tweed is stringy but softens up so very much that I'm planning on two winter sweaters before it's discontinued for good.

    Measurements

    Notes: I made the smallest size. I'm a very tight stranded knitter though. I'd skip one flower pattern when I knit this again.
