Trying to follow the instructions but it looks to me that there is much more than 3 to 4 stitches in between each star.

I cast on 108 stitches as seed stitch needs an even number and had 4 instead of 3 between each star point.

@Ann Y: Thank you! I do understand that there a 3 stitches at the closest part of the stars but can't figure out how many stitches in between the stars pattern on the first row after the border.

Hi I wonder if you’d be able to offer some advice I brought this pattern but I’m not great at reading charted patterns !

Am I reading the pattern right for example ..

      row 1 : knit all

row 2 : purl all ( them all as it’s the opposite for the other side? )

      row 3 : k2 ,p1 , k13 , p1 , k2

      row 4 : p3 , k1 , p11 , k1 , P3

      Thank you 😊

Hi Danielle. Yes. That's what I did, but I modified it a bit with 108 stitches and 4 between each star. I also made a larger one by adding 2 extra stars.Front plain, back purl.

@Laura P: As seed stitch needs an even number, I cast on 108 stitches, then knitted 4 stitches instead of 3 between the star pattern.
