    I love noro yarn... worked top down in the round. I have manipulate the colours so the stripes stay somewhat consistent width even though my row lengths change

        I found the pattern by Isabelle Milleret called
        Mon petit gilet rayé on ravelry... the link is https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/mon-petit-gilet-raye...I did modify a bit, but I believe I made note of my modifications...
